A London/Kent based product, UX/UI designer, I have over 15 years of experience working in companies & agencies like AllSaints, Rat & Boa, Hackett London, Crabtree & Evelyn, Christie's London. Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams as well as independently for digital platforms & global brands. Currently freelancing as a Creative Designer & Photographer.

My approach combines strategic thinking with a strong visual sensibility, moving fluidly between concept & execution. Whether designing digital products, creating design systems, ideas into sketches, prototypes and high-fidelity designs or even crafting brand experiences. I am drawn to storytelling, design, & technology. I believe the most impactful experiences are intuitive, emotionally resonant & built with strategy.

With roots in graphic design & branding, I like to bring an art director’s eye to my work, balancing craft, aesthetics, attention to detail to create experiences that feel considered, cohesive, and meaningful.

Whilst studying at the University of the Arts London, I became captivated by film photography, spending countless hours in the darkroom exploring the relationship between light, process, and storytelling. Also finding a small obessession with cyanotypes.

Garwood Studio is named after my beloved grandfather, whose own photographic darkroom & art studio played a significant role in shaping my creative path. Some of my earliest memories are of watching him paint, pondering in his art studio, and learning from his curiosity, creativity, & craftsmanship. Garwood Studios is a small tribute to those beginnings & the enduring influence he continues to have on my work.
